Digital Marketing Manager

The Job

  • Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online awareness, lead generation and engagement
  • Partner with corporate communication and/or product marketing team members to develop 360 degree marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging on- and offline
  • Manage corporate website and social media channels
  • Keep abreast of the latest development, tactics and policy of various social media channels
  • Consolidate and analyze data to recommend enhancement/ improvement on digital marketing campaigns
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing assignments

The Person

  • University graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant work experience. Prior experience in digital marketing agency is preferred
  • Familiar with the social media trend in Mainland China is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. google analytics, wordpress, WebTrends etc.)
  • Creative, flexible, and sensitive to marketing trend
  • Good analytical skill in resolving problems and multi-tasking
  • Strong on team work with proactive and collaborative manner
  • Open-minded, always having a mind-set to make use of available resources to improve efficiency

The Job

  • Provide world-class technical support and maintenance services to our team of passionate investment professionals
  • Create and maintain a reliable and user-friendly technology environment
  • Help the company and its staff to maintain the highest cybersecurity standards
  • Improve systems and processes related to technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Help users become more efficient and effective using technology and automation
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members when joining the company

The Person

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-5 years with relevant work experience.
  • Support MS Windows, Office 365 and tech infrastructure
  • Experience implementing IT control policies and change management processes
  • Team-player who is willing help complete the mission
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised and driven
  • Coachable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience working in a start-up is a plus
