Real Estate Development and Planning Assistant/ Manager

The Job

  • Conduct market researches and analyses
  • Assist in exercising coordination of property development projects
  • Keep track on property information, market dynamics, policies and regulations, industry trend and establish sources for investment development
  • Assist in project admin tasks (e.g. preparing materials for presentation, updating information at internal system, etc)
  • Manage internal communications between Departments/Teams
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned if necessary

The Person

  • University degree holder
  • 2 years minimum working experience (industry experience preferred)
  • Mature, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills
  • Overseas experience in UK / AUS is a plus
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in Finance and Accounting is an advantage
  • Good organizational skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

 

Analyst

The Job

  • Handle preliminary due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution investment thesis
  • Focus on financial and market analysis for potential investment opportunities
  • Strong cash flows and financial projections for potential investment opportunities
  • Experience in transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of term sheets/transaction documents
  • Prepare research reports on potential targets and review documentations
  • Co-ordinate external due diligence, post investment monitoring, investor reports.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person

  • Bachelor or above
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in equity research. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • CFA/CPA holder is well regarded
  • Experienced in conducting market research reports and presentations
  • Proficient financial modelling skills
  • Good communication skill and proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required

 

Dealer

The Job

  • Handle and execute securities transactions with accuracy and efficiency for clients and investors
  • Review trade documentation and ensure that dealing orders are completed accurately
  • Handle enquiries on doubtful trades
  • Match daily transaction records and compile various trading reports
  • Assist in client on-boarding and handle relevant enquiries
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person

  • Diploma or above. Holder of SFC license RA1 & 4 is required
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in securities brokerage firms
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good communication skill and proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required

 

Management Trainee

The Job

  • Preparing investment decks and presentational materials
  • Performing fundamental analysis on companies, such as financial analysis, valuation, and market analysis
  • Assisting to deal with transaction documents pertaining to deals
  • Ad hoc tasks that come up on a day-to-day basis

The Person

  • Degree holder in finance, economics, accountancy, or investment related disciplines
  • Be technically and professionally competent in a wide range of comprehensive financial services, with a focus on specialized services
  • Be ethical and trustworthy, maintaining at all times a high standard of integrity
  • Relevant working / internship experience in Finance or Servicing industries are desirable
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Skills in financial modeling and analysis is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and good team player
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledge of using Bloomberg is preferable

 

Digital Marketing Manager

The Job

  • Develop, optimise and execute digital marketing strategies via social media, instant messengers or any new media platforms etc. to enhance performance of various business divisions
  • Create B2C acquisition strategies and implement marketing programmes through omni-channel, e.g. digital acquisition campaign, event marketing, referral programme, etc.
  • Lead marketing activities /events and manage agency to execute ATL/ BTL advertising with digital focus to achieve branding objectives
  • Communicate and present marketing strategies and framework with senior management / departments
  • Provide support for the team and undertake ad-hoc marketing assignments

The Person

  • University graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience of which at least 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing. Candidate having experience in finance or insurance industry is preferred
  • Acquainted with the use of social media channels in mainland China is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. google analytics, wordpress, WebTrends etc.)
  • Creative, flexible, and sensitive to marketing trend
  • Good analytical skill in resolving problems and multi-tasking
  • Strong on team work with proactive and collaborative manner
  • Open-minded, always having a mind-set to make use of available resources to improve efficiency

 

Marketing Trainee/ Officer

The Job

  • Assist in organizing marketing and communication campaigns to be in line with company’s branding strategies
  • Monitor and manage company’s digital platforms, including but not limited to website and social media channels
  • Develop engaging content and produce relevant content with visuals/ videos in a timely manner
  • Assist in project management on video and printing production, and support in event management
  • Conduct market intelligence and research on specific projects
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing assignments

The Person

  • University in BusinessAdministration, Marketing and other related disciplines
  • 2 years of relevant experience with video editing skill and social media is an advantage
  • Knowledge in using Adobe (AI, AE, PR, Indesign) with MAC devices and other video editing tools is a plus
  • Good marketing sense with a can-do attitude, team player, diligent, responsible and organized person
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
